The key to a successful business is how to impress new clients. One way to set a good impression is make your advertising media eye catching and attractive. This includes, mailing labels, business cards and other marketing media.

When sending letterhead documents, be sure to have you’re envelops matching your paper and have them printed with a nice looking business logo and motto. This will surely send a positive message to your clients. The uniformity looks well planned and expensive to the clients.

When printing catalogs and brochures, your best bet is to print full color pages. This is where your customer will judge you the most and determine a first impression. Color images will show the customer exactly what they are looking for and what they will be getting. Each should be laid out will easy simple flow that will not confuse the customer. There are some businesses that are ok to print in black and white and I feel that flyers and post cards are able to be printed in black and white.

Color printing cost more than black and white, but, all and all you want to impress your clients and gain their respect. If necessary you may get a professional photographer to take great photos and a professional printer to layout a great catalog design. The biggest difference will be in the spike in sales, that is the end goal.
