While the frequent subject of dispute, several practitioners employ conversational hypnosis and programs such as Underground Hypnosis as handy procedures. Often, this takes practically no time at all.

Over time, the individual becomes so far submerged in their trance state that he or she only hears and sees the hypnotist. Once they’re led to this point, the power of suggestion comes in, with subconscious influence now possible. Going further you’ll find you can suppress recollection in specific areas — or to prevent physical feeling, with the result that you’ll fail to feel a touch or pain from a given area. Strong hallucinations begin to make themselves known the further they slide into a trance state, and given time they will achieve a state akin to that found via anesthesia. It’s not unknown for this degree of hypnotic state to be used to help with medical procedures.

You won’t learn how to take your subject to that state through Underground Hypnosis, but it’s rarely needed. In most instances, the first two strata we covered are more than enough. Through devoting a short while to studying and a little more time practicing your skills, you’ll very soon develop into quite a talented hypnotist. There are allot of myths floating out there, and perhaps for several chiropractors the term ‘quacks’ is right, but for countless others its pain relief and healthier living. There is a diverseness of distinct in the occupation and mixture of business methodologies. For many unnamed doctors its all about the dollar, getting customers into an ongoing subscription service for extended period profits and for others its about giving proper treatments and relief so they can enjoy their life. Its not about the buck , I just want to see them progress!

Its been 2 months since I began visiting Siwiec Chiropractic. Not once was it suggested to get a back operation nor was it suggested to take muscle relaxers for an extended period of time. I am now back at the gym and I feeling great. I drop in from time to time for a fast checkup and/or a talk about the local happenings in the Jersey Shore. It’s not easy to talk about, but lace front wigs were not even on my radar. Teaching was my goal. That was true till the day when my hair was falling out during chemotherapy. I pronounced that I wouldn’t allow for the outcome of living as a balding Lex Luther due to unfortunate genetics.

I believed I lost confidence, without beautiful hair. This was a sign that that it would be more than difficult to reclaim fabulous hair. Man, how incorrect. Before I got wise and bought my real human hair wig, I went through a barrage of inadequate synthetic hair extensions that got my texture all wrong. My partner Malcolm worked his magic and found respectable, medical wig websites that carried invisible lace front wigs I would love.

Not wasting any time, I got online and sized up the selection. I found myself browsing a cornucopia of astonishing, stylish wigs. Their tailored African American wigs made me so happy!

With the perfect hair piece, a proud individual similar to myself can foster confidence when accepting her balding. Now I see this as an opportunity to display my latest golden locks. It was exhilarating to proudly regain my personality on the streets of Manhattan.

Perhaps I’m being ridiculous carrying on like this, but hair and fashion are essential to my profession. Is it possible there’s more to existence than a fabulous style of hair? Girl, it wouldn’t matter anyway if it were true. Its true, medical wigs offer an important option for stylish ladies who can relate.

You couldn’t imagine what wigs have felt like. No one knows the reality of me and wearing a wig. Nevertheless so it goes, I’m just prepared to look fabulous for my husband again. Having hair again improved things for my attitude on life.

Are You a “Right-Fighter”?

Do you find yourself struggling to “win” arguments? Do people ask you why you always have to be right? Does conflict you engage in typically end with you having the last word, but no one feels good about the argument? Do arguments you engage in usually escalate to shouting and anger? If you have said yes to any of these questions, you are likely a right-fighter!

What is a “Right-Fighter”

A right-fighter is someone who struggles to win arguments, even if they doubt their own view. A right-fighter is someone who gets overly emotional or angry when people do not agree with them and their opinions or beliefs. A right-fighter is someone who insists on having the last word in an argument or refuses to back down no matter what.

Challenges of Being a “Right-Fighter”

1) People who are right-fighters, (or those who are driven by the need to be right), have their value or worth literally attached to the outcome of being right. On a very deep level, a right-fighter believes that if she is not agreed with then she is not valuable, lovable and/or worthy. The “right-fighter” desperately believes (unconsciously) that others must agree with her to feel ok about herself. Being a right-fighter causes you to depend upon others for your self-esteem and worth.

2) Right-Fighting is an acceptable form of violence or aggression. Because the right-fighting pattern usually ends up one sided and includes a winner and a loser, the effects are similar to those of physical abuse. Learned submission on the part of the children and often the other parent/spouse is inevitable. “Right-Fighting” is in fact a form of emotional abuse. A right-fighter parent is particularly harmful to children because the child is made to feel like the “loser” and that his or her opinions are
not valid or important. Right-fighting is a direct reflection of low self-esteem. And unfortunately the low self-esteem of one steals the development of strong self-esteem of others.

Negative Outcomes of “Right-Fighting” Women

~ Loved ones around a right-fighting women experience consistent feelings of defeat and learn to seriously doubt their capabilities, lovability and value as a human. The result is often
alienation.
~ Right-Fighting is an especially dangerous behavior for mothers. A very common outcome of right-fighting is that it tends to breed explosiveness and anger within the home environment.
~ Because the nature of a right-fighting parent is to prove his/her value and worthiness through being “right”, it is at the same time stealing a strong sense of value and worthiness from the children. Any time
parents have low self-esteem, the children will too.
~ Frequently right-fighters are managers, bosses or owners of companies because they are strong and powerful (which when used well are merely 2 of the abounding excellent qualities of the right-fighter!).
Unfortunately, the right-fighting work environment creates disloyalty, frequent turnover, dishonesty, ineffectiveness, and an every man for himself attitude. (I’ll save right-fighting in the workplace for another
time!)

Do Not Despair!

If you have found that you may have some qualities of a right-fighter, don’t start beating yourself up, begin working on it! You are a wonderful and lovable person with far more positive qualities

than negative… this is certain! This habit does NOT have to define you. You are capable of releasing this habit at any time (please seek help if you need it, a partner in change is always a wonderful gift to yourself and your family!).

Acknowledging your habit of right-fighting and becoming aware when you are engaging in this habit is the first, most important step in leading a more successful and happy life.

Action Step

“Right-fighters”: Begin to gently remind yourself of your unchanging value and worth during arguments and disagreements, whether or not you fully believe it. “Fake it till you make it”! Begin to imagine what conflict would be like if the outcome was not important. Begin to allow others to hold one opinion and you another without having ill or hurt feelings. What would life be like to be loved, cared for and respected rather than being “right”? Try validating others’ opinions as equally valuable. This doesn’t mean you must agree, only to say “yes” you and your view are as valuable as mine”. I promise you, peace will begin to flow into your life.

Abundance is a feeling

Q: Michael, many times during your teleclasses and seminars, you say “abundance is a feeling.” Can you elaborate on that statement - what do you mean it’s a feeling?

First one of the important things that we’ve come to learn with the Law of Attraction is that we can duplicate feelings. In other words, just through the words I use I can stimulate somebody or discourage them. In short, we can create feelings within ourselves and within others by what we say and what we think.

Abundance is a feeling. Do you ever notice how excited you feel when you know you have a check coming or when you know you’re getting an income tax refund? The excitement you’re experiencing is the feeling of abundance. We feel abundant knowing that it’s coming, even before we put it in the bank. So a question to ask is, “Do I feel abundant knowing that I’m receiving some money or do I feel abundant only when I put it in my bank account?” For most people, they feel abundant knowing that it’s coming. It has nothing to do with whether that have it or not.

So because abundance is a feeling, and the Law of Attraction responds to feelings (vibrations), what if we were able to duplicate the vibration of abundance deliberately? (This is what’s called Deliberate Attraction). We’ve come to understand that this powerful force called the Law of Attraction is constantly checking to find a vibration that we’re sending and duplicates it by giving us more of the same. So what if when the Law of Attraction is checking at every moment, that in that moment, we are offering the vibration of abundance? Given the formula, the Law of Attraction would duplicate that vibration and bring us more of the same. That’s why it’s called the Law.

Q: How do you teach people to attract more abundance?

The Law of Attraction does not care why you are offering a vibration. In other words, it does not care whether you are remembering, pretending, complaining, creating, day-dreaming or observing your reality. It obediently duplicates that vibration. So ideally, we would find something that makes us feel abundant and include it more often in our daily vibration. There are a number of tools that people can use to duplicate the vibration of abundance. I’ll give you one of them today.

Q: How do you record abundance in your own life?

On my fridge, I have 15 - 2 dollar winning lottery tickets. So I can clearly and truthfully say I won the lottery 15 times last month. I’m a winner. Look how many times I’ve won! It’s worth 30 dollars to me in the bank and it’s worth much more to me vibrationally.

You know when people buy those lottery scratch tickets? Most would celebrate the win for 21 seconds. So for 21 seconds, you are offering the vibration of abundance by saying things like, “Hey I just won 2 dollars! I love it when I win scractch tickets!” And after the short offering of abundance vibration, most people cash the ticket in again and again until they lose. And now they catch themselves saying, “I just wasted money on this lottery again. I only ever win 2 dollars. Easy come, easy go.” Now they’re in a place of offering a negative vibration.

So here’s how to take advantage of the 2 dollar winning lottery ticket. Don’t cash it. Keep it in your wallet. Put it on your fridge. And as you look at it each time, it will be a brief reminder that you won 2 dollars. Now you can tell yourself, I won the lottery! I won money this week! And now, for more than 21 seconds, you are offering the vibration of abundance over and over and over again. Your 2 dollar winning lottery ticket is worth more to you vibrationally than the 2 dollars.
