Square Deal Gaming Through the World Wide Web

The toil involved in visiting a brick and mortar betting hall provides plenty of reasons to avoid going there unless you absolutely must go. After all, all that traffic, the toil, and gazillions of things to bear in mind won’t really excuse the stress for that opportunity to try your luck at betting hall, however, if you’re the type that lives and breathes casino gambling then going for gaming halls exploiting the web will probably be the way to go. For this there’s no obligation for you to move outside to have a bash at online video poker and similar as you’ll do all this from your living room if you have access to a computer plus, obviously, Internet access. Still, don’t forget that there’s many important guidelines which you will positively want to be familiar with regarding online video poker and similar, specifically if you’re still a tyro.

The top priority which every knowing online risker must pursue is an online video poker and similar establishment of the sort that is prepared to offer high winning odds. Take care the online video poker and similar establishment is connected to an honest and trust-worthy auditing company so as to evaluate their documented online games payoff in a documented manner. Always be sure to check the virtual casino gambling establishment holds an authenticated license, e. g. by checking the ministerial operating permit as disported on the casino site page. If it’s not possible to spot any ministerial operating permit on that chosen virtual casino gambling establishment, don’t even attempt any casinos at that place. Try your hand at no deposit bonus casino here.

Beyond, further advice is obviously to lay your bets at the start in minute amounts rather than fool away way too much off the cuff. First thing, check the health of this particular virtual casino gambling setup prior to chancing any severe injury, specifically in terms of money… And now for another meaningful hint regarding online casino gambling. It can only be this– to always call to mind that online betting is all about pleasurable enjoyment and much less about big dollars. Gambling in an online casino is not a trade, but, instead, a hobby which is supposed to make you bright and your overall life gratifying. Once you have observed the instructions summarized above, now go ahead and surrender to the temptations of virtual casino gambling. :)

The Island With The Most Return Visitors

Fourteen years ago, my husband and I visited the island of Barbados on a cruise ship. Barbados is the farthest island of the Caribbean chain, and once we stepped off the ship, our love affair with the island started.

Being a travel consultant, I had read up on the island, and the images of “flying fish” and “green monkeys” stirred my imagination. Also the fact that there is nothing but water separating Barbados and the coast of Africa meant we were going to truly be in the West Indies, and close to the equator. That alone was enough for a sun and beach lover!

When our ship docked, we opted to take an island cruise via taxi. Four hours later, we had covered the island’s coastline from the calm waters of the west coast on the Caribbean Sea, to the raging Atlantic coast on the east, and the lively south coast. You just have to love an island that offers a completely different experience on all coasts. When the cruise ship pulled out to sea, I can remember having a longing for an island that I had only experienced for a day.

Upon returning home, we started planning a land based trip to the island. Being a beach lover, we made reservations for the next year on west coast of the island. I remembered the water being glassy calm, and longed to spend lazy days at the beach. The west coast attracts the rich and famous, and is home to fabulous homes, hotels and villas. This coastline is located on the Caribbean Sea, and the water is perfect for snorkeling and swimming. Fine dining is a fact of life, and Barbados is known for some of the best restaurants in the world.

As we started to meet other vacationers, we quickly learned that most of them had been to the island many times before. I found this unusual, since most Caribbean vacationers opt to experience new islands. What was even more surprising, many of the English and Canadian visitors spend the entire winter season on the island every year. It certainly made us “short termers” with our two week vacation.

My curiosity about these long term repeat vacations prompted me to ask why they returned year after year. Their answers centered around the friendly locals, variety of lodging that caters to long term visitors, sunny weather, great food and a standard of living that is conducive to making the island a second winter home.

After a week of being beach bums, we ventured out to the southern coast, and found the St Lawrence Gap. As we walked the mile long Gap area, I knew this would be our future spot on the island each year. The west coast is rather sedate, and spread out compared to the lively south coast. We found more than 20 restaurants, hotels, nightclubs, shopping, and a great beach all in one area. We could hardly contain ourselves til next years vacation. The love affair with Barbados was in full swing.

Thirteen years later, we are still in love. The same driver picks us up at the airport each year, and welcomes us back home. As timeshare members, we have made many friends over the years. Who would have thought that fourteen years ago we would have English, Canadian, Danish and Bajan friends that we keep in touch with throughout the year, and can’t wait to see each winter season.

As soon as winter hits here in the Midwest, I have thoughts of eating flying fish and seeing the green monkeys playing outside our balcony in the morning. Do the fish really fly? Well, they skim over the water, and they do have wings. Are the monkeys really green? Their color could best be described as a combination of green, brown and yellow.

The real reality is the sun shines brighter, the water is like a warm bath, and some of the most friendly people occupy this 160 mile paradise. I feel safe there, and unfortunately gain weight each year eating great food from one side of the island to the other. And when I get a travel request for Barbados, I can hardly contain my excitement telling a client all the inns and outs of the island.

This is a brief story about a love affair with an island, and its people. At times I feel guilty about not having the same feeling about the other islands I’ve visited in the Caribbean. After all, I am a Caribbean travel consultant, and I am not supposed to be partial to just one island. I love all of the Caribbean islands, but I’m in love with Barbados.

If your curosity is peaked after reading this article, then be advised after one visit, your future travel plans may head you in the same direction each year.

Personal Mission — Don’t Settle For Less

Success is not an easy concept to define. What does it take to be successful? How does success look? When should a person feel like a success? Once success is achieved, how can new goals be set without diminishing the value of one’s previous accomplishments? Can success ever be realized when time is finite and obligations seem endless? These questions may be answered best with the following question, “Who is the person defining success?”

Take the initiative to define your own success by developing a personal mission statement. A personal mission statement is developed by focusing on the qualities that make you unique, such as, who you are, what you would like to do, your hopes, fears and wishes. It can be as ambitious or as simplistic as you desire, and it is ever-changing.

What if you don’t feel confident enough to create a personal mission statement? Start with a group of goals you would like to accomplish over the next year. Keep experimenting until you find an idea that you believe you were meant to relentlessly pursue. Remember, it is your mission and it can change as you grow and excel; you are the only limit to what you can become.

Still having trouble defining personal success? Imagine that a genie were to grant you three wishes. If all you can come up with is, “I would like to be rich and thin,” you haven’t taken enough time to know your true goals. Ask yourself what you would DO if you were rich and thin and you will see a hint of your true mission. Now ask yourself if any of the things you named are things you can do right now and, if so, why do you choose not to follow through.

This is a very personal key. Measuring your standards on a bar set by others means permanently installing yourself on a treadmill of your own making. Have the courage to determine what you want out of life and make a promise to yourself that you will not settle for less than your vision of success.

I see this dilemma often among parents with young children. Some are stay-at -home moms who would really like to work at least part-time. Others are working at careers that leave them unsatisfied, when they would really prefer to spend more time with their children. And although we don’t often hear about this dilemma among fathers, there are a growing number of men who are sharing equally in the day-to-day activities of child rearing and would also like more flexible work schedules. Take the time to determine what is most important in your life and be honest with yourself as you identify a personal mission statement.

When you take the time to know where you are headed, you will begin to see opportunities that will help you reach your goals. By honoring your vision of success, you’ll be in the best position to take that next bold step toward personal fulfillment. Start with a few things you want to change, ideas you want to pursue, people you want to meet, or a new hobby you want to try. Then, when you see an opportunity that will help you reach your unique goals, embrace the challenge. Above all, commit to keeping your life mission foremost in your mind because it will help you identify your aspirations and serve as a roadmap as you navigate the maze.

Federal Trade Commission Cracking Down on Fraudulent Biz Ops

The Federal Trade Commission is proposing to make regulation changes to its Business Opportunity Rule. The Federal Trade Commission is concerned that there is fraud and misrepresentation going on out there with the sales of business opportunities.

It has announced that; “The Federal Trade Commission (the “Commission” or “FTC”) is commencing a rulemaking to promulgate a trade regulation rule entitled “The Business Opportunity Rule” (or “the Rule”), based upon the comments received in response to an Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (”ANPR”) and other information discussed in this notice. The proposed Business Opportunity Rule would prohibit business opportunity sellers from failing to furnish prospective purchasers with material information needed to combat fraud and would prohibit other acts or practices that are unfair or deceptive within the meaning of Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act (”FTC Act”).”

You see each year millions of Americans are subjected to misleading advertisements soliciting Business Opportunities and then send for information, which often contains misrepresentations. This is known. Having studied this for years, it is my contention that the FTC Federal Trade Commission its self embellishes their own services to our nation.

In fact weren’t they suppose to get rid of Identity Theft, SPAM, Spyware and Phishing? Not even close. Yet we all see their Press Releases, but as a percentage of the over all problem, they have done little if anything to solve the crimes against citizens. Their dismal failure in fact has only been confirmed in their asking for more money from Congress for next years budget. Personally I think they are a sham and I think that is a shame? But the question now is can they stop the crime and misrepresentation, which goes on in the Biz Op sector? If they can it would be great for all the honest practitioners out there. If not, well we should not be too awfully surprised now should we?

Internet Marketing Analysis Can Be Fun!

Filed under:Great Marketing Tips — posted on @ 12:36 am

You’ve heard about it. You’ve read about it. And now you wonder if you can do it: earn a living from home in Internet marketing.

Perhaps you are a mom with young children who wants to work at home. Perhaps you are retired and looking for income to supplement your pension. Or maybe you are the next gangbuster marketer to hit the Internet!

People from all walks of life — even kids in high school — are learning to make money from the Internet and having fun doing it.

They are using Internet marketing analysis to create their strategy. Internet marketing analysis is simply the process of evaluating the various ways you can make money on the Internet and then finding the appropriate marketing methods based on your skills, time, and budget.

Top Ways to Make Money on the Internet

1. Your own products - Create your own ebooks, software, or really anything that has a large enough target market and not too much competition.

2. Resale or private label products - Purchase the resale rights to ebooks and software for pennies on the dollar and then sell them for whatever you choose for almost pure profit.

3. Affiliate programs - Sell other people’s products. Many product developers have an affiliate program in which they pay you up to 50% of the price of the product as a commission.

4. Affiliate networks - CommissionJunction.com and ShareaSale.com represent many companies for whom you can become an affiliate and earn a commission every time someone purchases something from your affiliate link.

5. eBay - Clean out the garage and find treasures to sell on eBay! You can also work with a distributor who ships products. You do the marketing on eBay, and they do the product shipping.

6. AdSense - This is one of the hottest ways to make money on the Internet right now. Just put Google ads on your website and then when people click on an ad you make money. There are also Yahoo and literally dozens of smaller pay-per-click (PPC) programs.

Top Ways to Market on the Internet

1. Websites - List your products or reviews of products on a website or a mini-site, which is basically a one page sales letter. Be sure to use search engine optimization (SEO) on your website so you can get a good search engine ranking.

2. Affiliate websites - When you join an affiliate program, you may get a link to a duplicated website created by the program with your affiliate ID in it. Provide that link to people, and you will earn a commission from their purchases.

3. Opt-in email marketing - Build a list of people who opt in to receive email from you. You can email them your affiliate links or links to the websites that offer your products.

4. Autoresponders - Related to email list building are systems that automatically email your opt-in list at regular intervals about your products and allow you to broadcast to them all at once.

5. Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising - Use Google AdWords to advertise your products. AdWords are those little ads that appear on websites and on the Google search pages.

A good way to perform your Internet marketing analysis is to create a spread sheet. List the top ways to make money along the left, and list the ways to market along the top.

Search for information about the various ways to make money and ways to market. In each cross-section, write your notes on how you can use the particular marketing technique with a particular income source. Be creative and make this fun!

Pretty soon, you’ll have more ideas than you handle. Narrow your plan to just one or two ways to make money to start with, and then add others as you go along. Best of luck … and don’t forget to have fun doing your research!
