Bizarre travel guide

Carrying a travel bag and looking around the places of historical and sculptural importance. Is that what you conceive as a holiday? If yes you haven’t seen or heard enough. The traveling experience can be more than rewarding if the choice of the places to visit is bizarre. And more so going to those untouched places can be one hell-of an experience. May be it is going in to the wilderness of the Amazon or the endless Kalahari, the fun never ends. Some places definitely provide more then you can ask for.

For those who have seen all the obvious and usual places to visit these can be the fun trips. Hunting vampires in Transylvania or getting close to the sharks at the sea, every thing that you never thought about makes the trips one to remember. The popularity of these goes to the extreme thinking of the tourists and the efforts of the tour organizers. The trips include many out of the world experiences. One of them is the storm chase. It’s like trying to cut through the storm risking all you have for the thrill of the lifetime.

Many may think it unusual but many people consider hunting for Unidentified Flying Objects as there idea of an adventure trip. People cite the UFO’s and then the most common places to find them are prepared for the tourist and wait for them to return. This also comes, sometimes with unusual alien citing which add the extra thrill to the adventure. The much known area 51 is on the list of such enthusiasts and they claim to have made visits. Museums and memorials dedicated to the alien s and their things are there at many places across the United States.

The scientific advancements are giving hope to the concept of H. G. Wells regarding time travel. The tourists definitely would like to venture into some adventure, which can take them to the past. This seems a bit too complicated but this is fast becoming the most sought after concept and people are willing to pay for the same. There are risks attached to it and there seems to be a lot of time that remains before this thing to get materialized; yet the craving is never-ending.

Another adventure that the people have been indulging into for years is the treasure hunts. In the pursuit of hidden treasures many people venture in to the deepest of seas and the innermost of the forests looking for them. Even the mystery of the Bermuda triangle is also intriguing and the tourists don’t want to miss a chance to go there. Well, to do that one has to make a trip and go because no tour operator will take the risk.

Then the latest in bizarre adventure list is the concept of space travel. With the theories regarding possibilities of life on other planets people are willing to go to outer space for the trips of there life time. This is one of the possible traveling ideas because it has been experimented and people have actually been to space for a trip. The space tourism seems to be the nest thing in traveling brochures.

So say goodbye to the customized tours and pack your bags for some bizarre traveling experiences.

Communication Breakdown - Don’t Let It Happen To You

Filed under:Great Marketing Tips — posted on @ 4:31 pm

Do you have Communication breakdown?

How are you communicating with your contacts?

We need:

Contacts we can send emails to regarding our business
opportunities.

Contacts we can build up a good working relationship with,
similar interests as far as business opportunities go.

Contacts we can share how we are going with our business
opportunities.

Contacts we can trust to be honest with us about what, how,
when and why, as we operate our business and opportunities.

Contacts we can become friends with, even though we are on
other sides of the world and may never meet but can be open
with each other like good friends are.

With all these contacts there is one common factor
—COMMUNICATION. yes that’s right communicating with
each other.

I have been amazed how much one can gauge by sending emails
and receiving emails in return. A lot can come through in
the written word. Mostly I don’t think we even realise how
much of our personalities we show when we send an email.

Of course so many emails we receive, are not written by the
sender, they are written by an experienced copywritter.

There are also many operating online for years and years who
have never written an email using their own words yet they send
emails daily to our inboxes.

They do this very well. so have never even thought to
compose a message to their contact list, this is a shame. It
is a shame because they have never given their contacts a chance
to get to know them.

The same thing goes for their contacts. Some of my contacts
have never sent me an email about anything, I may be
interested in their opportunities and may like to offer them
to my contacts.

So you see, communication is a huge part of this Internet
Marketing. It is advertising, but more importantly it is
communciation and communicating with each other.

The trust we build when we communicate helps with our
everyday life on the Internet. So let You show and let
others get to Know You.

I have found it hard not to write the way I was taught in
school, Sister Mary Hitemharder gave me a good grounding in
English writing and old habits are hard to break, but I am
learning. Because we are not face to face, it is best to
write as though you are talking to the person. Less formal
and not intimidating and the more you do it the easier it
becomes.

Some people seem to have the knack, but if you talk to them
they have worked hard to achieve the easy style.

So start tapping at those keys and put your own words up
there on the screen and let others get to know you. Put your
personality out there and you will be surprised at the
rewards you will receive.

I remember one email I received very early in my online
activities. I didn’t act on this offer straight away, let
the email sit there for a day or so. It had one of those
sections at the bottom for the earnings of the sender. I
must admit they looked very good. So I was considering
this very seriously and being very new to it all, was a
little cautious.

A couple of days later the same subject line appears in my
mail box but the sender is different and guess what? These
two people had earned exactly the same amount of money on
exactly the same days. I thought that amazing, what an
enormous coincidence. Now really!!!!

This is what I mean about writing in your own words. It
would have been better for both these people to write that
it is possible to earn good money with this program and not
take someone’s earnings as their own.

Needless to say those offers I wouldn’t waste any time on,
just press the ‘D’ key and, away they go, to the
Dump folder.

Do yourself a favour and write to your lists, let it be
you. I for one will look forward to reading your mail.

So how are your contacts going? Do you know? Take the
plunge, write and find out. Communicate, don’t have
communication breakdown.

Advertising: Friend, not Foe!

They say advertising is excessive: it interrupts TV series, preceding movie shows and dominating music award ceremonies. Some even lament that advertising not only occupies the media, but is also present everywhere else; the latest music editor softwares could be seen at bus shelters, and online VoIP products pictured in public telephone booths. It is irrelevant and disruptive.

If you agree with my last sentence above, continue reading. You might decide to change your mind.

First of all, I don’t think advertisers occupy the media. As a matter of fact, it is the media that courts companies, maybe except for over-popular shows. TV stations need funds to run your favorite programs, and radio broadcasts have to pay for the Music on Demand. It boils down to us consumers: we demand, and the media provides, at a price of course.

Ah, you might now argue that it is the advertisers who flock to the media and pay for available ad space. True! But how many time slots are so coveted over? Shows like the Super Bowl Football are rare. Other less endowed channels, in fact, have some hard time securing long-term ad contracts to be financially sufficient. It is thus fair to conclude that advertisers and the media, and us, are in a multilateral relationship.

Besides its commercial relevance, there is more to this misunderstood industry that we often miss out on, like how advertisements might effect cultural understanding, especially in this globalizing world of business. HSBC features newspaper ads of cultural differences across countries. FedEx has their TV ads filmed in Japan, showing the way Japanese people live and work. And I actually learned from a MasterCard ad that in India, people release white doves for luck. Interesting, isn’t it?

In addition, informative ads feed useful information to our preoccupied minds. Public service messages could be conveyed effectively through ad-works on air. And people get to know the latest products available on market during review hours. I mean, it would be a pity if we work so hard to produce all these commodities just to, in the end, know nothing of them. And because we work so hard, we could hardly afford to find out about what’s going on ourselves. Informative ads keep our society functioning as it is meant to.

But most of all, advertisers are creative (e-mails are not advertisements; they are spam). The appealing advertisements that crack you up or hook your eyes for the hundredth time take much more than the 30 seconds of airtime. Creativity, and the resulted attention, increases sales, and the advertising environment is so competitive nowadays it truly stimulates the human edge of creativity and nurtures it to flourish. Advertising signifies the human drive to succeed.

To me, what makes modern advertising desirable, besides bridging cultural gap, informing the populace or generating new ideas, is that it empowers every individual possible. It no longer takes an established firm to put up an ad. Any one anywhere can promote their ideas, products and even themselves through the thriving medium of the internet. 15-year-olds can now economically design and effect ads to promote their companies (yes, don’t look down on these young entrepreneurs). Any one could adopt different voices using voice changer softwares, and edit audio as well as video ads with the many music editor softwares and video editor softwares available. Because advertising could so omnipotently enable far-reaching creativity of expressions, it is relevant to our human society that values progressing thoughts and selective reception of ideas.

The staunchest critics of advertising might ask, what would be the future of advertising, now when people are able to get rid of the commercials. MythTV offers a plug-in that automatically filters out commercials during recording, whereas video editor softwares allow you to freely cut out unwanted ads from pre-recorded clips. Yes, people are actually paying to be free of advertisements.

But hey, think again! Advertising is not that inconsiderate. Have you ever listened to radio broadcasts so excessively loaded with audio commercials it’s impossible to follow? And advertising might be excessive and disruptive, but I suppose only to a minority few. In fact, like I have said, informative ads are actually desirable. Don’t you or your children feel excluded if you are not aware of the new iPod, or the latest music editor gadgets?

Trust the media. They are doing their work. Isn’t Google putting into place keyword-related ads to better suit your preference? Trust the authority, too. They approve all circulating ads, or at least those we often see. And most of all, trust the advertisers. We are mutually dependent; we need them for our TV shows, and they need our money votes.

FSBO: For Sale By Owners Chapter Two

Filed under:Real Estate Management — posted on @ 1:33 am

Sheriff’s Deputy Ted Rasmussen was thinking about Carriehis pregnant waitress problemwhen he sighted the traffic disruption meandering near the yellow line on Bay Street. A Bremerton merchant had called the Sheriff’s emergency number reporting a wet morning commuter mess. Two motorists had placed 911 calls from their cell phones. When the police dispatcher asked if there were any units in the vicinity, Ted responded.

“167 Rasmussen! I’m not far from there. I’ll handle it.”

Lights flashing, siren blaring, motorists pulling over to let him through, the willing young officer arrived on the scene.
Although everyone else noticed the lofty deputy, a starched green uniform, the disoriented young woman seemed oblivious to his police presence. Like a sapling, the deputy swayed with the chilly wind gusting between the buildings.

Horns echoed reproach while the endangered pedestrian continued to swing her purse at arm’s length, twirling between cars on the wet thoroughfare. Ted ducked as her shoulder bag came by, his own determined limb catching its strap to halt the lunacy. She seemed bewildered at the interruption.

“What?”

“You tell me what,” the deputy demanded. “What do you think you’re doing?”

“I’m playing,” the perplexed woman replied, jerking her purse.

Ted had her attention. She wore no rings. His squad car parked in such a way as to shield them, he pointed to the rear passenger door with his free hand.

“This isn’t a safe place to play. You’d better get into the car, Miss.”

“I don’t want to go for any more rides.”

“This isn’t an option, Miss. Now, get in.”

“No! I won’t.” Tugging on her bag, the frustrated woman insisted. ” I’m walking!”

Ignoring hurry-up appeals of stalled motorists, Deputy Rasmussen confronted his challenge. Releasing his hold on her purse, Ted stepped closer to ask, “Where are you going?”

“Away. Far, far away.”

Not because he needed to know, but rather in a non-threatening ploy to hold her awareness, Ted inquired, “Where do you live?”

“I used to live in that house with the green roof,” she said turning abruptly, pointing at two-story brick house on a distant hillside. “But, now I’m going far away.”

“You’re already far away, Miss. Now, please get into the police car. This way. I’m not going to hurt you.”

“You promise?”

“Of course, I promise. I’m a policeman. I’m the one who catches the one that would hurt you. Here, this way.”

She didn’t resist as he took her arm to gently enforce compliance.

After securing the seat belt around his disoriented passenger, Ted Rasmussen closed the back door of his cruiser. He shut off the siren, turning to the confused lady who looked to be about his own agein her mid-twenties.

The precipitation’s ample time had saturated her to the skin. Water droplets continued to form at the ends of her brown hair, then dripped to merge with countless others that had found their way to the Washington Cougars sweatshirtclinging to her body.

Being a man, Ted couldn’t help but notice she was pretty, although she was soaking wet.

You’d be a knockout at a wet T-shirt party, he thought.

Without shoes, Ted recognized his captive was mentally ill or high. Securely in his car, the deputy smiled reassuringly.

“You’ll be all right, Miss.”

“I am all right. I’m a good girl. You can’t catch him, though.”

Ted’s policeman ears perked up. “Why not, Miss?”

“He died.”

“Did you have something to do with that?”

“No, silly. He fell off the ladder.”

“Who?”

“Daddy.”

Assuming he solved the little riddle, the Deputy smiled. “He can’t hurt you anymore, then.”

“Yes, he does. He comes backat night. That’s why I’m going away.”

“So, he can’t find you?”

“Yes. You’re a policeman, aren’t you?”

“That’s right, Miss. I’m taking you to the Hospital.”

Clearly frightened, the woman pleaded. “Don’t tell him where I went.”

“I won’t tell him, Miss. Your secret’s safe with me.”

“I didn’t tell you the secret. Daddy told me never to tell. I didn’t tell you. I didn’t.”

“No, Miss,” the officer assured her. “You didn’t tell!”

A dripping cherub, the woman relaxed. No longer terrified, her eyes glazed over. Ted proceededlights flashingto the hospital, parking his cruiser by the door of the emergency entrance.

His docile passenger content in the patrol car, the officer bypassed the door’s intern and proceeded directly to admissions desk. The formidable Ms. Maxine Reedman was the RN in charge.

Looking at his name tag she acknowledged him.

“May I help you, deputy?”

“I’ve a sick female in my car,” Ted began.

“Well, you’ve come to the right place, officer Rasmussen,” Maxine Reedman informed him, looking at Ted’s name badge. “This is a hospital. What is her name?”

“I haven’t asked, yet. Ah, she’s not sick physically. At least, I don’t think she is. She’s a mental case.”

“Thank you for your diagnosis, deputy.” Unimpressed, the nurse asked, “What was she doing, officer?”

“Playing in the middle of the street. She wasn’t struck by an automobile, I don’t think.”

“Good. Let’s you and I go get her.”

Ted opened the car door to release the restraint belt from his passenger. With a knowing smile, Ms. Reedman took over.

“Hello, Amy,” she said. “Welcome back. Let’s get out of the deputy’s car. You can come with me, now. Okay? Where are your shoes?”

“I left them at the house when I ran away,” Amy whispered, exiting the vehicle. Barefoot, she stood wiggling her toes in a rain puddle. “I was going to put on my galoshes, but I forgot.”

“Have you been taking your medicine, Amy?”

“I haven’t needed too. I feel fine, so I’ve stopped taking the pills.”

“Well, I’m glad that this officer brought you here, today. Let’s go see if we can find you some shoes and dry clothes. Okay?”

“Okay, Ms. Reedman. It’s nice seeing you, again. I’m cold now.”

“Thank you, Deputy Rasmussen.” Staring directly into the eyes of the waiting officer, Maxine Reedman almost smiled. “Amy will be fine. I’ll contact her caseworker, and her employer. We’ll keep her with us for a few days.” Lowing her voice, she answered the unasked question. “Amy is a victim of childhood incest. She does well when she’s stabilized, but some hurts don’t heal very fast.”

“Thanks for your being here, Ms. Reedman,” Ted said. “And for the explanation. I’ll have to write a report. May I call you for Amy’s other vital information?”

“Please do, deputy. I’ve to take Amy into the crisis center, now.”

Ted watched appreciatively as the controlling nurse slipped her strong arm around Amy’s waist preparing to breach the door toward renewed health.

Ted returned to his troubled thoughts about having made Carrie pregnant and whether or not to tell his girlfriend, Heather. He decided not to.

Affiliate Links - To a Site or a Product?

If, as an affiliate, you’re using text links in your content to link to products of your merchants, there are two ways to approach the hand-off of the potential customer: major keywords and specific keywords.

There are two schools of thought. Some people would like to land on a merchant’s descriptive page to learn more about the company, and others would like to go directly to the page of the specific product. If you’re selling a high ticket product or service, it’s likely that the buyer will want to become familiar with the company, it’s specialties, product line, guarantees, return policies and the like. If you’ve reviewed a number of products, and have a link in the review, it make more sense to bring the customer directly to the product under discussion. This is the difference between sending them to www.thenameofthecompany.com and www.thenameofthecompany/9845hikingboot.com.

Affiliate network programs often have their affiliate links pointing at the home page of a company, so the buyer has to go through the process of searching for the item once he’s landed on the site. This is, of course, because they can’t make links for every product in their merchants’ inventories. It is something to think about when negotiating agreements with independent affiliates, as well as once you’ve had experience with an affiliate, and know that your site visitors are very interested in particular products. It is to everyone’s benefit for you to have direct links - the merchant sells more product with fewer dropped sales, and you earn more commissions.

Managed Web Hosting Can Make Your Job Much Easier

With managed web hosting, the hosting company provides technical services and administration for your server so you don’t have to worry about it.

They handle things such as testing and management of networking and server hardware, system maintenance, security patches, and software installation. They also maintain the hardware itself to ensure maximum uptime and performance.

If problems occur with a managed server, the hosting company’s support staff will take care of them. This makes it much easier for you if you’re not technically skilled and don’t have someone who is working for you.

Good managed hosting companies will take care of installing and maintaining server-based applications for you. This includes such things as databases, security systems, scripting languages, and shopping carts.

They can also monitor your web site’s traffic patterns and storage for you. If you get a spike in traffic or an ongoing increase in visitors, they will adjust your bandwidth and storage to support the additional resources required.

What To Look For In A Managed Web Host

Before you sign up for a managed hosting plan, you need to be sure the hosting company can meet your needs. Talk to them about the amount of traffic and resources that you will need and ensure that they are able to offer you a server that will meet those requirements, with room to grow in the future.

Do some research on the internet and see what kind of reviews and feedback the hosting company gets from other customers.

Because the hosting company is handling your technical support and administration under a managed hosting plan, you need to be sure that their response time is fast and their staff are technically equipped to handle problems.

Look for a managed host that provides you with a dedicated account manager who you can contact with any requirements or problems. This gives you a single point of contact which makes communication much easier and more effective.

Different Ideas to the Code on Deck Railing Plans in Various Parts of the Country

The code on deck railings in urban areas was designed to protect homeowners, home purchasers, and visitors to homes from harm. Some examples of general codes on deck railings are the distance from the ground dictating the presence of a railing, the distance between balusters, and the height of the railing.

An example of a code on deck railing is Loudoun County, Virginia. Any structure built in the county must comply with the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code, which is accessible for free on the internet. In addition to offering deck regulations, this code spells out the rules for all aspects of building including structural requirements, mechanical issues, plumbing topics, and fire codes. This helps you obey the laws of Virginia. The Department of Building and Development reviews the plans and permits submitted to ensure they comply with the code.

There are many different ideas about the code on railing in various parts of the country

In addition to checking with the building code, it is important to check both zoning requirements for your area and health department requirements before building. You must also apply for and obtain a permit before building your deck. The code on deck railing in this area specifies that decks may only be a single level and only for residential use. Joist overhangs cannot be more than two feet. Additionally, decks may not have screened porches, roofs, hot tubs, or gazebos. Moreover, decks cannot be detached from the house.

The code on deck railing can be harmful at times. For example, some people don’t like the railing on the deck too high because of the obscured view. In most areas, the railing cannot be folded down in any way. This leaves the homeowner with a real problem. The code is essentially the law. Going against the code is breaking the law. It means all sorts of consequences including things like court appearances and fines. However, if the homeowner still has a real problem with the code, they must find a way around it. One way around the issue with high deck railing is to go with a cable railing system. While you are still required to have a top rail with this system, the cables disappear from just a few feet away, so the view remains unobscured. The code on deck railing is essential for safety, but can sometimes be a problem for homeowners.

Adam Peters contributes adding articles on deck railing plans to one of his more successful sites;deck porch railings.com. Andrew publishes designs and ideas for different deck railing designs. You can reach further articles and information of Adam on deck railings at is website.

Diet - Anxiety & Panic

Filed under:University of Health — posted on @ 2:07 pm

I think the old saying “You are what you eat” - is so true, when your eating junk, you tend to feel rather lousy. I can vouch for this!

I used to be a manager in a fast food joint, and because I could eat for free there I did. I was working 12-18 hour days, and I was expecting a bunch of junk food to get me through the day? NAH-UH!

It was during this job that I developed Anxiety and Panic Disorder, my lifestyle was so unhealthy on so many scales its no wonder I was so vulnerable to develop to Anxiety and Panic Disorder.

As I begun to change my eating habits, I noticed a massive improvement in my concentration and my over all well-being. I didn’t feel as tired through-out the day and actually felt more keen to exercise.

I am no diet expert; I usually stick to the original diet pyramid. I start my morning with a bowl of cereal and toast. A sandwich for lunch (preferably salad with fresh ham, depending on how rich I am that week) *smiles* otherwise it might be the good ol’ vegemite sandwiches, and usually a banana and a yogurt for through-out the day for morning tea or afternoon tea.

For dinner I usually have a variety of either fresh chicken, fish, seafood or red meat. Read meat being the most frequent. With steamed vegetables as steamed vegetables are meant to lock in more of the nutrients compared to boiling them. And as I’ve been told, the more colours on the plate, the better it will be for you!

This diet worked wonders for me. Of course at first it was hard to adjust to, I just didn’t feel full, and I guess I was craving a cup full of greasy oil haha. *ewww*

However, a week or two later, my body had adjusted and then I could reap the benefits.

Investment Required

No one in their right mind would ever think they could get a business established with no investment. Doing it on the internet is no different than anywhere else, only the access to your business has changed. No longer do you need to have a showroom full of stock, have to hire employees to help your customers, clean the place and worry about all the other things associated with a physical location. The internet has made businesses a true 24/7 operation for a fraction of the cost, but their are still cost to be incurred and it is not for everyone. You can ‘do it yourself’ with a very low investment at the start or you can invest more and do less, but you will always have to do something. The problem most have is that they invest more than they can afford in the starting stages and run out of funding before they start getting results.

You will have to know what you need, compare the cost and get the most you can for your investment.

You will have two investments to make and they are money and time.

Use what you have in place now to it’s up-most and purchase only into what you really need for the other things. Realize that the ‘other things’ will require money.

The amount can only be determined by you, but you must not expect the same results from a $15.00 investment as you would from a $100.00 one. Treat them both the same, do not let the amount itself make it’s value to you any the less. If something cost nothing, then expect the same in return. Do not confuse this with a ‘Free Trial’, as that is something else entirely but do not expect a ‘Free Trial’ to produce that effectively.

Just like you, people ’surf’ the internet from the comfort of their home PC’s looking for products or services and only see the end result ( that is your website ) with no idea of what it really took to make it ‘appear’ on their monitor. Far too many people today tend to under estimate the cost and the time it takes for this to happen. All they seem to know is that there seems to be a lot of people out there saying they make thousands of dollars a month after being in business for a very short time. Can it happen? Sure, but the odds are that it won’t. Just in case it doesn’t, you should never invest more than you can afford. Give yourself and your business time to be seen and to grow in it’s internet presence.

Getting the knowledge and knowing how to apply it are two different things.

This is why the ‘home business’ concept has gotten such a bad name in the past. Since most soon learn that it takes more than just getting an associate site to direct others to visit, they tend to let their desire for achievement outweigh their common sense. When they fail, they blame the associate site and not what they have done, or failed to do in order to make is work for them. After the initial start up, you should only spend a couple hours a day in front of your PC promoting. Do not jump into search engine submitting, and other forms of internet promotions if you do not have your own website. Instead, you will want to limit this to your local internet classified, the yellow pages, and your local home town site’s business listings. People will look for things close to home first.

The rest of the time you should be doing follow ups on those that have shown an interest but have not purchased as yet. If you can not, or are not willing to do this, then do not even think of having your own business. The key here is that you must have complete confidence in your product or service. Most ‘home business’ people sell a service. Some can not afford VOIP, nor a lot of time on the making of toll and/or long distance phone calls. Put your contact number on your website and let those interested call you. If you can not be there to answer the call, then have an answer machine or voice mail in place. You will want to follow up via e-mail also, after first getting permission to do so. Even so, do not become ‘pushy’. Send them one, and if you do not hear back, maybe another one a week later, both asking for them to take the next step and contact you back for more information. That’s it, if they have changed their mind about your product or service, then they have the right to do so. IF they un-change the

You will have to do more. If you are on a very limited budget then start locally and work your way out and up with your personal contacts, that is actually calling someone up and making an appointment to visit them in person to explain your business. If they are ‘leery’ of having you come to them, then you can meet them somewhere. I have found companies that have local meeting places for training and to use as a meeting place for your prospects in most major cities. You can also meet them at a local ‘coffee house’ or restaurant. Dress for the occasion, either in a suit or casual but always in a neat and professional way. I have seen websites where the picture of the person that wants others to invest with them is dressed in shorts and sitting on a lawn chair. Do they really think they will ever be taken seriously? Don’t make the same mistake.

Do not purchase more than one or two E-books or ‘how to’ books from your local bookstore. You will soon find they are very good in theory and methods but very poor in application instruction. This is because they have done what they do, gotten you to purchase the book, which is their product. Let’s face it, how many of these ‘millionaires’ have you really heard of off the internet? How many of these, if you do meet one, have you done so in person? ( on the internet, this can be in a ‘chat room’ ). If the ONLY way you can get training or to meet someone is by calling a conference call number and entering a pin, then think about it a little more. If they are doing so good, then why is the call not a ‘toll free 800 type of number?

If you feel it is worth it however, remember this is another investment you have to budget into your business plan.

People follow real people that know what they are talking about and remember what is was like to be at the same stage as them.

Do not be afraid to admit to your present level. If you are just starting, then say so and explain to them you will share what you have learned so far and will learn with them as you do so. Get input from them, maybe they will have an idea or method that you have over looked or not thought of being right. Being right for you may not be right for everyone. Be willing to be open minded and willing to either listen to or accept suggestions.

In conclusion:

Set up a budget with how much money and time you can or are willing to invest. Expect the level of results to match that commitment. As you achieve more, then invest more.

Do not expect things to happen overnight. Learn to live with rejection and how to overcome obstacles. Most of all, stay focused, keep your goal in mind and believe in yourself.
